[Vision2020] Deary Teens Sentenced

Tom,

While you and I disagree on a lot on Vision 2020, on this one we DO  
agree.
And what i fear is that since they already shot at human beings, they  
won't be shooting the neighbors cats and dogs, they'll shoot the  
neighbors!
And as long as they do it in Latah County, it will most likely be  
prosecuted as manslaughter!
