Concerning my comment (below) related to the PWF Committee's eagerness to
get home to watch Monday Night Football . . .

My apologies to Wayne Krauss and Dan Carscallen.  My comment should have
been directed at the council member that made the comment, Walter Steed (a
clock-watcher), commencing at the :36 point of . . .

Sidebar - I have learned that if you wish to eliminate (or, at least,
drastically reduce) clock-watching, simply remove the clocks.  You would
be surprised what can be accomplished once clocks are removed.
