What proof do you have that either one of these accidents involved alcohol?  I can guarantee that Fraternity parties have been broken up and citations have been issued for illegal activities in the past as well as in the future.  Much like the citations that have been issued while tailgating in the parking lots around the dome on game days.

What will it take for this city to stop looking the other way when it comes to campus parties and the drinking of under age? I want all of you to be aware that King Beverage pays a representative to go to all the houses to speak to all the members irregardless of age. Selling liquor without a license is illegal especially to minors. This has been going on for decades in this community. What will it take to wake up? Dan - you have to stop this. You have to site them. Can anyone tell me if there has ever been a citation issued to any house on UoI campus for any alcohol related incident?

September 10, 2009
 
On September 10, 2009 at 1:10 a.m. the Moscow Police Department responded to a 911 call from 920 Deakin Ave, the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity for a reported fall.  Responding officers learned a female later identified as 19 year old Amanda Andaverde of Caldwell, Idaho had fallen from a third floor window.  Andaverde was transported to Gritman Hospital by Moscow Volunteer Ambulance. Andaverde suffered numerous fractures from the 27 foot fall. She was later air lifted to Kootenia Medical Center in Couer d’Alene due to the severity of her injuries.    Andaverde has subsequently been air lifted from Kootenia Medical Center to Harbour View Medical Center in Seattle, Washington.
 
The investigation into this incident continues. Andaverde is currently a sophomore attending the University of Idaho studying animal and veterinary science.
