[Vision2020] [Misspelling] Question Concerning John Weber

Tom,

The spelling errors and the claims of holding positions he never held,  
even if the result of miss placed punctuation, while minor in  
themselves,
does lead one to believe that if he doesn't pay attention to details  
regarding himself, how much attention to detail would he pay to city  
business?
