That could very well be true, Sunil.
However . . .
Out of 100 people, who have absolutely no knowledge of John Weber, who are
looking to vote for somebody who has strong city management skills (i.e.
City Attorney and/or Police Chief), are likely to interpret John weber's
experience the way you suggest?
