This installment of "Movies for the Viz" consists of . . .

---------------------------------

“Cat Women of the Moon” (1953)

This is a classic b-Grade Sci-fi movie from 1953. Leonard Maltin called it
"the best of the So-Bad-it's-Good movies". A group of space travelers
find themselves landing on a hostile moon inhabited by beautiful women in
tight black costumes and heavy eye makeup.

---------------------------------

Up Next . . .

"House on Haunted Hill" (1959)

“House on Haunted Hill” is the tale of five people invited to stay the
night in a haunted house by an eccentric millionaire, Fredrick Loren, who
is throwing the "party" for his fourth wife, Annabelle, with the
stipulation that the power will be out and all doors will be locked at
midnight, allowing no accessible escape. Anyone who stays in the house for
the entire night, given that they are still alive, will each receive
$10,000.

---------------------------------

On My "To Do" List . . .

----

"Prehistoric Women" (1950)

See the invention of fire! See the world's first swan dive! See the
prehistoric beauties battle the giant caveman! See it all in the glory of
beautiful Cinecolor! Who could ask for anything more?

I selected this movie as it strongly relfects the sexist attitudes of the
early fifties. This movie, as extremely sexist as it is, may be simply
considered a "chick flick" by a local "cult"ure.

----

And for you vegetarians, I have sought out, found, and will be downloading
and uploading . . .

----

"Attack of the Killer Tomatoes" (1978)

After a wave of reports of mysterious attacks involving people and pets
being eaten by the traditionally docile fruit, a special government task
force is set up to investigate the violent veggies and put a stop to their
murderous spree. Included in this crack team are a lieutenant who never
goes anywhere without his parachute, an underwater expert who's never out
of his scuba gear, and a master of disguise who conceals his appearance by
dressing as a black Adolf Hitler.

---------------------------------

Stay tuned, V-peeps.
