[Vision2020] idaho code/bicycles

Actually if you check Idaho code you will see that the law allows 
bicyclists to roll thru stop signs (with caution), and that after 
stopping for a red light, and if no traffic is coming, to proceed thru 
the light. Now, I don't advocate that bicyclists take advantage of 
those laws, but these are the laws.
Bottom line is, drive safely. Be aware, and most importantly, follow 
the speed limits. Who actually travels 25 mph on residential streets 
and downtown? Few do...
