The tax system is fairer now than it would be by increasing the tax on the rich. A tax rate on a percentage basis means that the rich are taxed more.The more you make the more taxies you pay. Any place the rich are taxed at an excessive rate they move their businesses elsewhere. The taxes on businesses are high in California and low in Texas. businesses are leaving California and moving to Texas. relatively speaking the economy is much better in Texas than in California.
