[Vision2020] Fw: [Spam 5.44] Idaho's 36 congressional districts

Logically and sensibly speaking, Selina . . .

WHEREAS visitors access Recovery.org to discover the amount of Stimulus
funds provided to a specific projects/districts within their state, and

WHEREAS representatives of these specific projects have submitted their
respective requests before city councils, state boards, etc. and

WHEREAS city councils, stateboards, etc. have identified specific projects
(based upon their need) to which portions of the Stimulus funds, funded to
their state, are to be provided, and

WHEREAS requested Stimulus fund allocations are presented to the state by
the several district representatives,

THEREFOR projects, to which Stimulus fund allocations are provided, are to
be identified by the state congressional district in which these projects
are conducted.

In support of my argument, I offer into evidence . . .

Recovery.org's State Summary for Idaho
http://tinyurl.com/IdahoStimulus

State of Idaho Fund Awards for the Fourth Quarter, FY09
(Excel format)
http://tinyurl.com/IdahoFY09Q4

Now, don't that just make everything crystal clear.

Jus' jokin, Selina.

I've been lookin' for an excuse to pose these.

Moscow, Idaho
