The City Council should be aware that once geese have moved into an
area, they generally don't migrate out, and they almost always cause
problems with copious amounts of solid waste deposited wherever they
go. Moscow's sidewalks are already sufficiently challenging with
cracks, tree root growths, ground heaves, and, in the winter, snow
and ice. Adding slippery, slimy, smelly goose goo is an unnecessary
additional urban challenge.

And that is even without considering the prospect of home-grown,
over-stuffed, pâté de foie gras on any menu at any price.
