That is just messed up! I am sure it is because of lawyers that they only had to serve five years. A jury would have hung them high.

Because someone is convicted of murder does not mean that they will be executed or serve a life sentence. The two guys that killed my nephew were sentenced to ten years and were releasee in five. It was premeditated murder. They killed him for $3000 in student loans he had in the bank. They were caught on camera when they tried to access his account at an ATM. They were unsuccessful as he had given them the wrong pin number. They should have had the death penalty. I think that you know Dennis. It was his brother they killed.
