In addition to all this "Hawkins Companies/City of Moscow Agreement", one
question remains unanswered.

This question was posed a while back by Saundra Lund.

This question DEMANDS an answer!

"How much of the $6,000+, paid by the people of Moscow for Councilman
Steed's trip to Boise to promote and pursue this agreement (and other
related items), will be reimbursed to the city of Moscow?"

Or is that simply a cost of "doing business"?
