[Vision2020] Just Curious

May I point out that the memo was a confidential communication as part  
of  conversations within legal executive sessions? Such preliminary  
discussions may take place outside public view because things are not  
settled enough for public comment. Publishing a sound bite from a  
legitimate private exchange as political dirt is bad form regardless  
of whether it is private individuals discussing their sex life or  
public officials exploring solutions to a serious problem.
