Tom:

You have an excellent criticism of John Weber here.  He doesn't seem
to use email well to get his message out, or build relationships with
his constituency.  This is something Nancy Chaney does VERY well.
When I was with the Chamber I found it challenging at times to keep up
with the email correspondence, while still accomplishing the other
aspects of the job.  Sometimes you simply can't answer everyone.  Hats
off to Nancy for how well she does.
