[Vision2020] Reverse Racism?

I don't think we have heard both sides of this story.  And, given the
lessons of history,  not to mention who is alive and well and who isn't, I'm
not holding my breath that we will ever know what actually occurred.

Been a while since I've dealt with this, but I do not believe that the State
of Idaho has complete jurisdiction all over reservations.  There are
exceptions, and probably hot pursuit is one of them, but it isn't total.
