[Vision2020] Moscow July/August Record Lows Freezing or Below...But Snow?

I can attest to a very distinct snow fall in the form of flurries that fell
on July 4th. I'm not sure of the year. I think it was 1987. It did not
'stick' of course, and so I suppose it was not technically 'measurable.'

been recorded in July or August for Moscow, but I don't doubt your memory of
snow falling in summer.  Summer hail from thunderstorms is not so rare, I
guess.<snip>
