Bear mandates . . .

"Golf clubs don't  assault people, people assault people!"

This may be true, to some degree, Bear.  But, think of the police officer
who is called upon to respond Code 3 to a "Nine-One-Three-Golf", a
physical malay in the parking lot of a local golf course.

If my suggestion were to become reality, it would be so much easier for
that police officer to identify the perpetrator.  He'd be the one with the
golf club.
