What in the HELL is going on in Pullman?

Granted.  Urinating in public (especially on somebody's car) is not
considered acceptable social behavior, but to attack the guy with a golf
club?????  Isn't that why God ceated cell phones and phone numbers to
local police departments?

One can hardly imagine the outcome if this had happened at the Pomeroy Gun
Club.
