[Vision2020] PSA Unlicensed vehciles

Lately the Moscow Police Department has been locating more violations
where vehicles are parked on the roadway and the license plate is
expired.   

 

Moscow City Code Title 11, Section 4-12 (7) states:  "No person shall
park or leave standing on any public street, or on a public off street
parking area, any vehicle with an expired license." 

 

When a police officer discovers a vehicle that violates this code,
officers can issue a $25.00 parking ticket for each day the vehicle
remains on the street and unlicensed. 

 

Please avoid being cited and remove any unlicensed vehicles from the
roadway.
