[Vision2020] Say What?

I was pointing out in part that given brothels in Nevada are regulated with
regular (in theory) HIV testing for employees, and use of condoms (again, in
theory) for intercourse or oral sex, trying to spread HIV and induce AIDS
cases by targeting Nevada brothels is not a good strategy.

Also, I was pointing out that apparently healthy people can carry the HIV
retrovirus, and infect others, without having AIDS. Many assume that being
HIV positive means a person has AIDS. This is not the case. AIDS is a
syndrome where the immune system is seriously compromised. Some people are
HIV positive and either have some natural immunity to developing full blown
AIDS, or drug therapy allows them to be HIV positive and not develop AIDS,
such as basketball star Magic Johnson, who has lived HIV positive for 17
years without developing AIDS.

Of course not all prostitutes in Nevada are employed in regulated
brothels... Who would believe that?
