[Vision2020] school funding

Donovan,

 

So, if parents pay, can parents also opt out at will? Decide: well, I paid
for kids one and two to go through school. One was moderately successful and
the other was totally disappointing (got involved in literature instead of
business, damn kids) so I'm just going to opt out with kid #3. He doesn't
look like he'd be much of an athlete and he's not that bright . . . why
bother?
