What makes this season all the more impressive is that Don Verlin is doing this with essentially a 7 man rotation.  No bench depth at all this year.  With the players waiting in the wings, patiently sitting this season out, waiting for their chance to join the mix next year, these Vandals could rekindle memories of the Don Monson years. Remember Idaho ending the season ranked 8th in the country? Was that really a quarter of a century ago?  Yikes.  Carl Westberg Jr.
