[Vision2020] Correction to Parma Column

Greetings:

During my research I received conflicting figures for the salaries of the Parma staff who are being laid off.  I now have the correct figures direct from the administrative assistant at the station.  Staff salaries and fringe benefits for office, maintenance, and farm staff total $273,810 not the $177,000 initially stated in my column.  I regret the error.
