The University, the city's largest employer is tightening its fiscal belt,
or so we were told, until it was revealed today in the Daily News that
$97,000.00 is being spent to make the Presidential Mansion fit for the new
President fit to live in!

Now, my question is, WHO was responsible for the deterioration and what is
being done to recover the $97,000.00 from those responsible?
