[Vision2020] Draft Ordinance Banning Smoking in Bars

As un-business friendly as the City Council, or at least some of the
members appear to be, perhaps the clubs should move OUTSIDE Moscow and
take their revenue and tax money with them.  I just hope upon hope that
these folks are remembered on election day!
