Woman killed in Moscow duplex fire identified

Moscow Police have identified the woman killed in a duplex fire Wednesday
as Sarah Parks, 28, of Moscow.

The fire was reported at 7:51 a.m. Wednesday at 904 Vandal Drive. The
cause of the fire is still under investigation.

Parks was a third-grade teacher at the Moscow Charter School.
