The "Moscow Cares" website has been updated to include videos and
committee reports of the following segment from the June 15, 2009 Moscow
City Council session.

Footnote:  Should this "Downtown Parking" agenda item continue for much
longer, the issue may become moot, as people will simply "zap" themselves
around town via their privately owned home-based transporter, similar to
the one on Star Trek.  Oh, what fun that'll be.
