Captialization is as it was on this website:

http://forecast.weather.gov/showsigwx.php?warnzone=IDZ003&warncounty=IDC057&firewxzone=&local_place1=Moscow+ID&product1=Flood+Advisory

AT 339 PM PDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS
INDICATING OVER 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAD OCCURRED IN AN AREA ABOUT 8
MILES EAST OF DEARY. ALSO...A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED FROM
HELMER TO DEARY TO JUST NORTH OF TROY AT THAT TIME AND WAS NEARLY
STATIONARY. COPIOUS RAINFALL HAS BEEN REPORTED OUT OF THIS LINE OF
THUNDERSTORMS.

CONTINUED RAINFALL OVER THE AREA UNDER THESE STORMS MAY YIELD OVER 3
INCHES OF TOTAL RAINFALL IN A FEW VERY ISOLATED LOCATIONS SUCH AS
ALONG RUBY CREEK...LONG MEADOW CREEK...AND MCGARY CREEK. THIS WILL
LIKELY CAUSE RUNOFF PROBLEMS...AS WELL AS SOME MINOR FLOODING OF LOW
LYING AREAS...AND RAPID RISES ON SMALL STREAMS IN THE AREA. IN
ADDITION...SOME URBAN FLOODING IS POSSIBLE IN THE TOWNS OF DEARY AND HELMER.
