[Vision2020] Sotomayor: US Supreme Court's Sixth Catholic?

A very interesting view point! Lets apply it to a few areas of the church of
the "progressive" democrat party.

Instead of taking more and more money from the hard working tax payer to
redistribute to the layabouts why not let the citizens choose for themselves
when and where to send their charitable contributions?

Rather then making certain words and thoughts a crime, why not let citizens
think and speak as they will and reserve the might of the state for actual
actions that negatively impact others?

Why not let businesses and property owners do what they think is fitting and
proper with what is theirs (with reasonable and minimal constraint) and let
citizens decide for themselves if they would like to work for or patronize
the end result.

When it comes to choices such as these, your world view has proven to be a
smidge on the narrow side as well.
