As many of you (are you listening, g) suggest that empathy is an attribute
that the Supreme Court could best do without, and how wrong Sonia
Sotomayor is for suggesting it, I offer you Clarence thomas at his own
confirmation hearing . . .

Court would elevate empathy over law has proven the most contentious. In
