[Vision2020] Say What?

Actually, insurance is the wrong financial model for health care. It  
is mean to cover catastrophic costs just in case a rare, bad thing  
happens. It survives only because the system can use pricing and  
policies to eliminate those who are most likely to make claims.  
Unfortunately, everyone eventually needs health care. As a result, the  
system will inevitably fail.

Perhaps a better model would be based on the existing, gov'ment run,  
socialistic, preventative care systems we already have -- water,  
sewer, and garbage.
