And don't forget the "Employee Benefits for Domestic Partners" issue that
was brought before the city council on December 17, 2007; the city council
that included Linda Pall, Bob Stout, and Aaron Ament.

This issue passed the city council by a vote of 4 to 2.
Had this issue been brought up a month later and presented to the current
city council, it would have failed by a vote of 5 to 1. This didn't
happen. And for that, Moscow is grateful.
