I do believe that certain substances should be legalized and regulated.

Legalization and regulation of certain substances should not extend to
those substances considered to be "hard drugs" (i.e. meth, heroin, etc.),
any more than our second amendment rights should be extended to include
private ownership of M1 Abrams tanks or F2 stealth fighters.
