The only person who voted against the constitutionally vague and overbroad noise ordinance last year was Tom Lamar. 

I agree that Chaney rammed it through, breaking her promise to let the public address the council at the city council meeting regarding the noise ordinance.

I remember though, Kai, you hasseling me about my opposition to rewriting the noise ordinance.

If you supported the rewrite, I'd call you anti-First Amendment, too. But maybe you have a different take on it now...
