So are you saying there should be no indoor smoking restrictions at all?

 
Nobody is making smoking illegal. The issue is trying to prevent second hand smoke from becoming a nuisance.

You are right. No one is forcing people to patronize any particular bar. Those who do not like the smoke should be free to start a smoke free bar. I do not smoke and rarely drink, but I think that those should both be personal choices.
