[Vision2020] In Heart-Felt Recognition of the Moscow City Council

 Tongue in cheek, I have to ask, now that the issue of public urination in
the Aquatic Center has been brought to the forefront by our city council,
are they going to do anything about it or let this scourge to the public
health continue?  Do the people of Moskva realize how dangerous it is
having their children swim in urine polluted water?

I write this with a picture in mind of a poor Moscow Police officer in
scuba gear swimming in the pool looking for public peeing! Why not? It's
no wackier than the misguided legislation they passed last night.
