[Vision2020] An open letter to Moscow city council

My apologies for blowing up, Sue.

It's just that certain things are extremely important to me.  I,
obviously, misinterpreted your comments.  Having done so, I seriously
apologize for my lack of maturity and hope things can return as they were.
