Tom,

Interesting video. So the same committee that wants to nano-manage the
inside of bars and cafes  doesn't want to "put rules and regulations in"
in regards to outdoor smoke and burning?

And while they are willing to accept negative data in regards to smoking
in bars, they want to bring in some kind of gizmo to actually measure
outdoor smoke to gather their own data.

I guess it all depends on who's ox is being gored. And the idea of a
bar-b-que enforcement squad is interesting in itself *S*
