On Monday 13 July 2009 19:07:00 Joe Campbell asked, referring to a
conversation between Alan Colmes of Fox News Radio and Pastor Wiley Drake of
First Southern Baptist Church in Buena Park, California, who admitted that he
is praying for Obama's death. Specifically, the conversants said:

Colmes: You would like for the president of the United States to die?

Drake: If he does not turn to God and does not turn his life around I am
asking God to enforce in imprecatory prayers throughout the scripture that
would cause him death, that's correct.

> Is intolerant to say this guy is nuts?

No. However, more to the point, this is encouraging and inciting a violent act
toward the President of the United States, which is specifically illegal.
This conversation is not covered by free speech rights. Wiley Drake needs to
be investigated by Federal authorities to determine with whom he may be
interacting concerning specifically carrying out such "prayers." The fact
that Drake claims to be a pastor should neither mitigate nor impede an
investigation. Drake's imprecations should cause an examination of whether
the organization he leads is in fact terrorist while in name only religious.
