[Vision2020] PR - Citizen Sidewalk Maintenance

The law requires property owners to take responsibility for their  
property. Nothing more. I don't find that objectionable. And if I  
suggested the "solution" you note below, you, Roger, and Crabtree  
would have called me a socialist!

Not that I have a problem with it. Why don't you try to do something  
about it, see if you can get the proper laws passed, the taxes raised?  
I'm pretty sure I couldn't get it done for the reason noted above! You  
seem to be able to get away with more so give it a go!

Until then why not see if we can get Tom's idea going, of setting up a  
group of young folks who can volunteer to remove snow for people in  
need? What ever happened to that idea?
