[Vision2020] Plowing, somewhat solved

Yeah, it might be a smart idea to plow around the Fire Station. It sure would suck to have the City burn down because the fire truck was stuck in the drive way spinning its tires.

On the way to work this morning, I see someone (the City?) has plowed 
around the fire station on Pintail, and plowed the sidewalks on South 
Highway 95.

Now, if we could just solve the problem north of Rosauer's to the fire 
station, I won't have to wince everytime I drive to and from work, and 
see people walking in the highway.  Yesterday, it was a young man with a 
baby.
