Question, Representative trail -

What is the "yardstick" for the unemployed numbers?

Is it the number of those Idaho citizens that are currently collecting
unemployment insurance?

If so, then the 6.6% is a minimum of accuracy.

How about those whose unemployment benefits have run out, yet remain
unemployed? There is no way of accounting for them.

Another question (prefaced with some background) - Corporate tax breaks
are offerred by the state of Idaho as a tool in attracting businesses and
the jobs those businesses entail.

To quote an old commercial: "Where's the beef?"

Are businesses being "bailed out" while being provided corporate tax
breaks as the unemployment percentage increases month to month to month
to . . . ?
