It has always been my understanding that Vision2020 is an unmoderated  
forum. So someone please explain why my appeal to help for the  
disabled and elderly for coping with the current snow conditions "Is  
being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.

The reason it is being held:

     Message may contain administrivia

Either the message will get posted to the list, or you will receive
notification of the moderator's decision."
