[Vision2020] Presidential Rankings (2009)

Let's not forget JFK's additon of thousands of "advisers" to Vietnam that 
directly preceded the full scale "police action".
JFK wasn't the worst prez, but he sure as hell wasn't one of the greatest, 
nor is he worthy of the god-like status he has been elevated to.
