[Vision2020] Tunnels

"In the early 80's they didn't have lights."---Kit CraineIdaho didn't have lights in the 1980s? I knew we were behind the times, but I thought for certain we had lights at least by then :)

Wow, the tunnels sound almost as dangerous as the UI sidewalks.
