[Vision2020] Sound Off!

[Moscow Cares]

Greetings Visionaires -

A new addition has been created within "Moscow Cares".  This addition is
called "Sound Off" and provides a venue for people to express their
opinions concerning local matters.

Currently, I am browsing two years worth of public commentary expressed at
Moscow City Council sessions and extracting videos of those segments where
local citizens have taken the time and effort to express their opinions.

First Up:  Joann Muneta expresses her opinion concerning the city
council's recent decision involving the Third Street bridge topic.
