Mr. Schwaller stated:

"Bicyclists must use a headlight at night, visible 500 feet to the front.
The light may be attached to rider or bicycle. The bicycle must also be
equipped with a reflector clearly visible to the rear.

I see people constantly dodging bicyclists who sail through stop
signs, riding on the wrong side of the road, no lights etc etc etc.
Haven't seen any Public Records info in the News on this crackdown."

And just what do you expect to accomplish by whining to the Viz, GS?

If you are as peeved as you appear to be, concerning what you consider to
be a purely laxidaisical approach to law enforcement by the MPD, perhaps
you should bring it to the attention of those that can do something.

You know. Some municipal muckity-muck big wig, or maybe some sort of
municipal group of people . . . somebody like . . . maybe . . . the city
council.

Or maybe some local law enforcement agency . . . like . . . maybe . . .
the Moscow Police Department. Rumor has it that they are open 24/7.

OK, little guy?

Now, go report it, as you should. But not until after you search your
vocabulary for something really nasty ugly to cal me.
