Yes Tom, that's Charles L. "Hoey" Graham.  Formerly of Landeck, Westberg,
Judge, and Graham, now Senior Associate General Counsel with the University
of Idaho Office of University Council.

I don't know how he got the name, but it's all I've ever known him as.
