  This is a pretty good counterfeit/bogus email. It looks authentic, but I can tell its fake because the embedded URL is NOT going to update.microsoft.com (like it should) but instead is going to update.microsoft.com.ferrateu.net which is no doubt going to give you a virus, or otherwise infect your machine. Delete it.
