[Vision2020] Say What?

Can't remember if I responded to this.
The caller was not a neighbor but a passer-by. She did not do anything
wrong at all. The police report was in error when it claimed that she
reported that "two black men" were breaking and entering. She said she
thought one was Hispanic but was not sure.
